BIRTH

Birth Doula service provides  basic antepartum questionnaire, birth preference collaborative compilations, labor companionship from the onset of ACTIVE labor until delivery.  This service includes labor pain management, massage techniques, laboring motions and emotional support towards the family.

POSTPARTUM

Postpartum Doula service provides postpartum support to families in the areas of nutrition, lactation, household maintenance, resources, and referrals as needed. Includes two postpartum visits and unlimited calling and text for the first 3 months. Additonal visits for a fee.

CLOTH DIAPER DEMO

Basic introduction to cloth diapers from styles, materials, product suggestions, and any additional educational information around cloth including cloth diapering as a tax deductible and resources to acquire free cloth diapers for those eligible. $15 consultation fee.

SPEAKER/PANELIST/CONSULTANT

LACTATION COUNSELOR/EDUCATOR

Lactation support services for families from latching to pumping, schedules, and normal concerns. Services in hospital or in-home setting.   Referrals provided for severe lactation issues and ailments.
